Daily Pulses Linked to 19% Lower Cardiometabolic Risk
An analysis of diet and health data from more than 46,000 U.S. adults found that one extra daily serving of pulses was associated with 19% lower cardiometabolic disease risk. The study does not prove pulses prevent disease or show that powders and shake blends have the same effect.
